The Claim Check

Your schedule files, read by hand.

The files get a screening pass through the same engine used in retained work, and the analyst reads the result. No junior staff, no canned answer, no automated verdict.

This form works without JavaScript. After you send it, the page reloads: a green confirmation means your files were received, a red one means something needs fixing.

Your P6 baseline and each progress update you have, as .xer, .xml, or one .zip of the whole set. Up to 100 MB per file, 200 MB per submission, and 25 files; for a larger set, zip it into a single .zip. The more of the update history, the sharper the read. If all you have is a single file, send that.

What Comes Back

A one-page read, one of three ways.

Within a few business days you get a one-page read on what the schedule can support, where it is weak, and what evidence would still be needed to close the gap. The verdict comes back straight, and a weak one is worth just as much: it saves you a retainer.

Strong: the schedule carries the claim

Mixed: provable in part, gaps to fill

Weak: the schedule will not hold this up

Where Your Files Go

Confidential, and off the public internet.

Storage. Uploads land in a locked directory on CPP's own server that the web cannot browse. They are not shared, not used as samples, and live matters stay out of anything public.

Confidentiality. Your files are treated with the same confidentiality as a retained engagement, whether or not you ever retain CPP.

Retention. Submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date received, then deleted. Ask for deletion sooner and it is actioned within 30 days and confirmed by email.

Technical data. Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded alongside the submission, for abuse prevention and to diagnose failed uploads.
